Pick-Up Service
- Free pick-up service is available from VET’s bus terminal in Sihanoukville City. Please ensure you are present during the designated pick-up time. No-shows resulting in missed schedules are not eligible for refunds.
Infant and Child Ticket Policy
- Infants under 5 years old: No ticket is required; they must sit on an adult's lap.
- Children aged 5 to 9 years: Must purchase a seat at the kid price.
- Children aged 10 and older: Must purchase a ticket at the adult price.
Baggage Allowance
- Checked Baggage: Passengers are allowed a maximum of 30kg of checked baggage.
- Carry-On Item: One carry-on item is allowed.
- Overweight Baggage: Additional charges will apply for baggage exceeding the weight limit, based on the local delivery fee.
Prohibited Items
- The following items are strictly prohibited onboard:
- Firearms
- Narcotics
- Smuggled or illegal products
- Dangerous, flammable, or explosive items

Pets
- Small pets (weighing less than 6kg) are allowed on the boat, provided they are in a proper cage or safely secured.
Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings and valuables. Buva Sea Cambodia is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items.
Ticket Policy
- Purchased tickets are non-refundable but can be exchanged for future trips. Exchanges must be processed at least 12 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Buva Sea Cambodia Passenger Safety Regulations
- Life Jacket Usage. Life jackets must be worn by all passengers during emergencies. Locate your life jacket before departure.
- Emergency Exits. Familiarize yourself with the locations of emergency exits. Follow crew instructions during an evacuation.
- Passenger Conduct. Remain seated when the ferry is in motion. Avoid running or engaging in disruptive behavior.
- Personal Belongings. Keep personal items secure and out of aisles to ensure clear pathways for emergencies.
- Smoking Policy. Smoking is prohibited inside the ferry. Designated smoking areas will be provided outside.
- Alcohol Consumption. Drink responsibly. Excessive intoxication may result in removal from the ferry for safety reasons.
- Children and Pets. Children must be supervised at all times. Pets are allowed only in designated areas and must be leashed.
- Emergency Procedures. Pay attention to safety briefings. Know the emergency procedures and the location of safety equipment.
- Reporting Issues. Report any suspicious activity or safety concerns to the crew immediately.
